I will give an extra star for it being delivered early, however no idea where it was delivered to. I was advised the delivery driver set it up on a table with someone and given photo evidence, but my clients checked with neighboring offices and it's still a mystery. I gave a name of the front desk person to ask for too, which clearly the driver did not confirm. This was a first for me. I ended up picking up food from Panera myself to make up for the mishap.

The store refused to give the delivery to the EZ Cater driver. insisting that they order was supposed to be picked up by Door Dash. Granted I received several text messages as well as email confirmations informing me that all was on point to be delivered at the time I requested. This issue created unnecessary stress for an already short time that I had to have everything in place for the start of the meeting. This is my second not so good experience with Papa Johns on a large order. The other one was 11/11/25 for the same exact meeting. The team who asked me to order pizza have lost their confidence that Papa Johns can deliver on the order requested. The driver was amazing and handled herself with great customer service.
