Stefania co-founded and successfully sold InSite Marketing Technology (now NASDAQ: KANA). Her tenure at National Logistics Management (a broker for $225M in transportation services) brought NLM to profitability for the first time in 4 years. At IntraNet (now NASDAQ:TSAI), Stefania revamped the firm and vaulted it to #1 in its market, a position it has maintained for 15+ years. At a dozen companies, she has held general management, marketing, sales, product management, support, and technical positions. Stefania also operates as a Director and advisor to many for-profit and non-profit firms. She has a BS and an MS from MIT.

Briscoe is a 5x entrepreneur. He founded, built, and successfully sold two software firms, Azuris Software and Lumis Studios. Briscoe co-founded Buzzpad to create real-time collaboration tools for corporate settings. In 2004, he founded PreferredTime, where he shifted his focus to collaboration between healthcare and pharma. ezCater is an off-shoot of that. Briscoe studied business and computer science at Carnegie Mellon University. And, yes, along the way, he earned a few credits in IMDb.

Janine is a passionate people leader with over 25 years of experience building high performance teams, leading organizational change, and inspiring employees to reach their highest potential. Most recently, Janine was VP of Global Talent for Flex International where she helped the 200,000-person global company through a critical company transformation. Prior to Flex, she was Chief People Officer at Wildflower Bread Company where she was responsible for all people functions and stewarding a fun, purpose-driven culture. Janine has a BS from Cornell University, a M.Ed from Harvard University and an Ed.D from the University of Vermont.

Ed brings more than 20 years of experience building, implementing and managing comprehensive customer service and business process improvement programs and teams. Ed has a winning record of simultaneously boosting customer satisfaction and company profitability by building and directing great teams and equipping them with top-notch technology. Ed has held leadership roles in customer service, operations and risk management at Fidelity Investment Systems Company, TNCI Operating Company and AT&T. Ed holds an MBA from Bentley University and a BA from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst.

Matthew Bellantoni

Chief Technology Officer

Matthew has over 25 years of experience at early stage companies building teams, shipping product, and refining methodology. Most recently as the VP of Engineering at Yesware, Matthew built the team from the ground up and helped grow the company to hundreds of thousands of users. He has founded three companies and still loves C and Ruby. Matthew holds two patents as well as a BS in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Bob Cruickshank

Chief Financial Officer

Bob is a proven finance leader with more than 20 years’ experience at public and private companies, high growth start-ups, and mature-stage organizations. Prior to ezCater, Bob served as CFO at Amazon Robotics (formerly Kiva Systems), where he led financial integration with Amazon and built a finance and accounting function that supported a 10x scaling of operations. Prior to that, he served as VP of Finance at Aspen Technology. Bob holds a BA from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Nick D’Ascensao

VP of National Sales

Nick is an award-winning sales expert with over a decade of experience building sales teams at high-growth start-ups. He specializes in creating the recruiting systems, sales processes, and training programs that ground organizations for their next phase of growth. During his career, Nick has held sales roles at companies including Yahoo!, Criteo, Millennial Media, and AOL. Nick holds a BA from Fitchburg State College.

Stephen Leguillon

Head of Western Europe

Stephen is a multi-time entrepreneur. At age 19, he co-founded Appetise.com, an online marketplace for restaurant takeout delivery, which he expanded throughout the UK. Following the acquisition of Appetise.com, Stephen co-founded La Belle Assiette where he grew it to become the leader in the European private chef market. In 2016, Stephen launched GoCater, a catering platform for businesses, which was acquired by ezCater in 2018. Stephen was named a Next Generation Leader by TIME Magazine in 2015. He holds a BSc from Warwick Business School (UK) and an MSc from ESCP Europe (France).

David Meiselman

David has spent 25 years building awareness and driving demand for innovative technology products. Most recently, he was VP of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation at Actifio, during a period of tremendous growth for the company. He has built award-winning marketing teams at four technology companies. At The Hanover, he developed web and social media strategies for the $5 billion insurance company. At Transparent Language, David built an online community of over 4 million language learners. David is a frequent participant in Boston-area marketing events and has lectured on web and social strategies at Clark University and Intelligent.ly. David has a BA and an MA from Johns Hopkins University.

Michelle Smart

VP of Partner Operations

Michelle has over 25 years of experience building strong relationships and growing talented teams. She held several SVP roles during her two-decade career at RR Donnelley. Most recently as SVP of Global Business Solutions, Michelle led the business architecture and operations to design and grow a print management marketplace connecting Fortune 1000 print buyers with thousands of printing partners. Michelle has a B.S. in Business Studies in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.

Charles R. “Chuck” Cory

Chuck is a corporate advisor and independent investor who focuses on the interplay of corporate strategy and finance in high growth technology sectors.

In more than 30 years as an investment banker, Chuck advised on more than 300 successful transactions aggregating in excess of $500 billion, ranging from IPOs and debt financings to corporate restructurings, spinoffs and mergers, acquisitions and business combinations. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1982 and was appointed Managing Director in 1991. He spent more than 20 years in Silicon Valley, running Morgan Stanley’s worldwide technology M&A practice from 1995-2005. He was named Chairman of Global Technology Banking in 2006 and held that title until his retirement in 2015.

Chris has spent over 25 years building and growing private and public technology enabled companies with an international focus. Chris is currently Chief Commercial Officer of Fareportal. Most recently Chris was CEO of Cheapflights Media, Europe’s largest online flights search engine. Cheapflights was recognized by the Microsoft Tech Track 100 (unprecedented 7 time recipient), the PricewaterhouseCoopers Profit Track 100, and Deloitte Technology 500 EMEA. Previously, Chris was CEO of Engage (NASDAQ), a leading online advertising network. He has also held senior roles at CMGI, Computer Sciences, and Goldman Sachs. Chris earned his BS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from George Washington University and MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He serves as a screening committee member of Launchpad Venture Group.

Emily is the Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for WeWork, which provides companies of all sizes with the space, community and services they need to make a life, not just a living.  Emily is responsible for WeWork’s corporate M&A initiatives, partnerships and international strategic development.

Previously, Emily was Head of M&A for IAC.  Prior to that, she was SVP of Corporate Development for Scripps Networks Interactive Inc. Emily started her career as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and Credit Suisse where she worked with and advised media companies. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Columbia University.  She is also a Senior Advisor to the Mercury Fund; co-founder of Station Houston, an incubator for software enabled startups in Houston, Texas; and serves on the board of the LILIE Lab for Entrepreneurship at Rice University.

Harley Miller joined Insight in 2010 and leads Insight’s early-stage growth investing efforts, focusing largely on consumer subscription, marketplace, and SaaS businesses. Harley has been involved in over 20+ investments, spanning multiple continents. He currently serves on the board at Ritual, Freshly, HomeToGo, ezCater, EquipmentShare, Aaptiv, Calm, Blinkist, FloQast, Chargebee, SpotHero, and Chrono24, and works closely with the management teams at DeliveryHero, HelloFresh, and Blablacar.

Harley graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with a BS in Economics, with concentrations in both ‘International Venture Capital & Consumer-Facing Industries’ and ‘Information Management.’ During his time at Wharton, Harley launched his first startup, MobileEatz – a mobile food ordering portal targeted at college campuses.

Greg Stanger

Greg is a General Partner within the growth equity investing platform of ICONIQ Capital, a global multi-family office and merchant bank for a group of influential families. He has been with the firm since 2015. He previously has been CFO of several companies, most notably Expedia during company’s IPO and subsequent growth to over $1 billion in revenue, and spent several years at Technology Crossover Ventures.  Earlier in his career, he spent 8 years at Microsoft, most of which were in corporate development. He has served on the boards of Netflix, Kayak, Honest Company, drugstore.com, ezCater and several other companies. In addition he serves on the boards of the Yosemite Conservancy and Rocketship Education.  Greg is a graduate of Williams College and holds an MBA from UC Berkeley.

Doug Suliman

Doug Suliman is a private investor, merchant banker, and value creator. He currently is President of Breton Capital Management, a special situation private equity firm, and Managing Member of Breton Funding SE, which has majority control of SmartEquip, an e-commerce network service provider for global equipment manufacturers. Previously, Doug was Managing Member of NR Investments, an entity formed to invest in creditor claims. He served as Co-Chair/Executive Director of NationsRent, a construction equipment rental company. Doug has invested in and advised multiple restaurant and food companies, including Boston Market, Food Trends Acquisition Corp, Silver Diner, and Sweetgreen. Doug has served on numerous boards, and is currently on the Trust Board of Tufts Medical Center. Doug earned a BS from U Massachusetts-Amherst and an MBA at Northeastern.
