As the most trusted provider of corporate food solutions, we’re continuing to build the future of food for work, and we’re looking for the best and brightest to help us. You’d be joining a highly collaborative and talented crew of great humans — we have a strict no-jerk policy — who truly love what they do. Sound good? We’d love to hear from you.

Autonomy is everything. We empower our people to try new things, take some risks, and proudly own their work.

We hire great people and give them the flexibility to move up — or sideways — and to always be learning.

Every day at ezCater, there’s a reason to celebrate. We get a lot done and still have our fun —plenty of it.

I am energized by the tremendous
opportunity ahead for ezCater,

as food is a critical component that increases workplace effectiveness, strengthens employee retention, and brings people together. Together, we will make ezCater the go-to brand for food for work.”

Our culture recipe

Go beyond helpful

No jerks

Just try it and track it

Aim higher. Make it better.

Move fast and break things

Own it. Figure
it out

Trust in transparency

Grow fast and eat cupcakes

Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion

Together weeks

We also believe in the power of connectivity. Our optional ‘Work Together Weeks’ offer teams the chance to collaborate in our Boston or Denver offices. Join Ashwin as he attends his first Together Week in Boston!

At ezCater, we’re committed to building an employee population that reflects the diversity of our community, customers, and catering partners. We embrace the diverse perspectives, opinions, and experiences of our people, and strive to amplify these voices, creating an environment where everyone can be themselves and feel like they matter.

While we have a dedicated DE&I team, this work is a collective effort and ongoing.  As one of our “culture recipe” ingredients, it’s ingrained in everything we do.

DE&I, leadership and professional development trainings and workshops

Employee-led groups to foster togetherness and learning

Progressive approach to pay transparency and pay equity

Equitable access
to growth opportunities and career progression

Comprehensive benefits and strong life/work balance

As a working mom, ezCater has created an inclusive and supportive environment

that understands the challenges parents face in balancing their responsibilities at work and at home.

Health and wellness

Taking care of yourself and your loved ones comes first. Our competitive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision; extensive voluntary options; and mental health resources.

We pride ourselves on our competitive offer packages, and take our commitment to pay transparency seriously. All full-time employees receive equity, a 401(k) match, and a monthly stipend to use towards commuting and remote work expenses.

Parental support

We offer 12 weeks fully paid parental leave with additional paid time for delivery recovery. We also offer a family planning benefit that provides financial assistance for qualified family forming services.

Full bellies

For employees working from our Boston or Denver offices, we offer a lunch stipend via Relish. And fully stocked fridges all day, everyday.

Time off

We offer unlimited vacation (up to 3 weeks at a time) plus half-day Summer Fridays and 11 paid holidays. Every 5 years our people are eligible for an ezBreak, a fully-paid 4 week sabbatical and $5,000 bonus.

Growth and development

We have professional development opportunities through ezU, our internal learning academy, along with company-wide and department-specific trainings. We take internal mobility seriously – you can move sideways, you can move up, and there are always new opportunities to learn.
