On The Border does an admirable job of serving up fresh, quality Mexican cuisine. Not only is Mexican always a popular choice for office lunches, but we like this chain for its distinctive craft touches, including homemade guacamole and hand-pressed tortillas.
Their catering menu offers a number of different packages to suit just about any sized event, whether it's a small group of 10 or a large meeting of 100. There is a myriad of buffet options to choose from, allowing everyone to customize their meal to their liking. The Portobello Fajita Grill Buffet is a particularly tasty choice for vegetarians tired of feeling like the odd kid out with the boring rice and beans. Note that although the cilantro lime rice served with this dish is vegetarian-friendly, the Mexican rice served with many of the other buffets is not.
If you don't have enough space to lay out a buffet spread, we recommend going with the wide array of box lunches from the On The Border menu - a nice choice not offered by most Mexican establishments. For dessert, definitely consider adding the Sopapillas, puff pastries drizzled with chocolate and honey. They're incredible.
