The driver came almost an hour late. They forgot utensils and our salads that we had ordered. They said they would give us a gift card to compensate, but the driver lost it. The manager later called and offered to email us the credit. It was kind of them to compensate, but the service overall was still very poor.

The driver doesn’t set up the lunch. Left two bags on the table.

The order was a little late. The driver was very nice and helped load the order. My only issue was the desserts were frozen solid and even after an hour and a half they were still inedible.
