Today was my first time ordering from Fazoli's. I ordered a lot of food for a staff lunch event. I am very pleased. The food was hot upon arrival and packaged very well. Staff really liked the quality of the food. I had to add some additional dishes to the order the day before it was to be delivered, and Fazoli's did a great job in accommodating our large order. The only shortcoming was that we didn't receive enough serving utensils for all of our different dishes. It would also be great if they provided more salad dressing packets. The packets are large, and people only used about half of the packets. It would take a long time to open all of the packets to mix into one bowl per dressing type. Better to just have dressing bottles. We will definitely be ordering from them again.
