The pizzas were tasty, no complaints on the food or customer service. One issue was fixed upon arrival. We figured out that the "special instructions" do not populate on the Papa John's box labels on their end from ezcaters ordering format. This may need to be looked into as it was the second time they did not catch the "no cheese" note. The worker quickly remade the no cheese pizza to accommodate our dairy allergy and sent the other one with us anyway for others to enjoy, no charge. I appreciated her customer service.
