I ordered lunch for my office to be delivered at 11:30 am and the order was confirmed by ezCater and Pizza Hut. I tracked my order with the delivery driver and it indicated the order had been delivered, however, it was never received. I called ezCater and after about a 25-minute wait, finally got a rep on the line who put me on hold to track down the delivery driver. Ultimately, I was told that the order was not delivered and could not be fulfilled by the restaurant with no real explanation. All I was basically offered was a full refund. By now it's after 12:30 pm and my teammates still have no lunch! Luckily, I was able to go downstairs in my building and make a last-minute food order with a different pizza spot, which btw was delicious! Thank God for this option!! This is my 2nd bad experience with this Pizza Hut location and I will never order from them again. They handled this situation very unprofessionally!!

Everyone loves Pizza Hut.. Delivery a little early for their scheduled lunch.
