Mcallisters has always been a great choice. However, instructions provided were not followed. The driver went to the wrong location, and had to be escorted. We asked for set up but the driver left the order with staff. When we set up we found several items missing. We ordered a spud bar and did not get the cheese, bacon, or onions. We also had no utensils and only enough plates for 15 when we stated 20. These are small pieces of service which impacted our time a great deal. Not sure if we will use them again and we do a lot of trainings supporting the community.

Order came as I ordered. Appreciate them delivering the order ASAP due to my error of selecting delivery time. They were went above and were out the door when I called and told them I needed lunch delivered by 12:15p. Thank you for being so accommodating!

Delivery was right on time. Wraps and sandwiches were delicious, and everyone loved them! Will order again!

Wow. The potato bar was a hit!! Hot potatoes with all the toppings were delicious! Sandwiches, fruit and cookies rounded out our savory order.
