It was exceptional! This was our third time using them and everyone was pleased and enjoyed their meals.

Disappointed in the catering manager for not responding or returning my call. Had to place two orders for the same time and location. Charged twice ($80) delivery fee, not counting the additional tip for the driver. My experience with them has always been excellent. This time it was lacking, but it’s just one person’s poor customer service and not a reflection on the whole establishment.

The delivery was on time and everything was in the order that was supposed to be!

Everyone loved it! Special requests were honored, food was delicious. The salad was amazing. Will definitely be getting it for the office again.

There was a mistake with our order--one of the meals was not included. That being said, we contacted McAlister's through ezcater & they delivered the missing meal quickly! Everyone loves their food, portion sizes are filling.

Over 1/2 hour late arriving. Not sure I’d trust them for a second try. However, the driver was very apologetic and the food was good.
