McAlister's chose to combine my TWO separate orders and deliver them both at the earlier time. I placed TWO separate orders because they were for TWO different groups at TWO different times. When the decision was made to disregard my 2nd order at 1pm, that caused the 2nd group to not get lunch. McAlister's did not reach out to me to verify if combining the orders was even an option. Then I had my contact onsite reaching out to me for the 1pm meeting stating that the food never arrived. Again, that group did not get lunch. This is very disappointing. The restaurant should not have confirmed the orders if the were unable to do both.

I ordered the day of and they were able to squeeze me in. Food was on time and the whole team really enjoyed it
