The food was good, however, there were no sternos to keep the food warm although I paid for 7 of them. The biggest issue was the cross-contamination! The bacon and sausage were in the same pans and on top of the eggs, hashbrowns, and french toast. It was very disappointing because we had several people who could not eat because of this. We actually had to scramble to order a 2nd option, which delayed our eating time for our guests tremendously. This was not the case in the past when these same items were ordered. Putting the pork in with non-pork items is mandatory. We will probably not order from this caterer again. That was a major mistake for a food business.
