We were in a last minute bind and Auntie Anne's came through. Everyone loves a good pretzel whether it's plain and salted, covered in pepperoni or wrapped around a hot dog. This was a great snack to hold us over before travel.

The pretzels were delicious. They were fresh and still warm like they had just came out of the oven. There was a slight issue with the deliver service used, where the delivery driver did not want to wait 5 min. for Auntie Anne's to finish boxing our order and left. The Manager of Auntie Anne's contacted us to let us know what happened and let us know that she personally would deliver our order, but that it would be just a little late. She apologized multiple times for any inconvenience and even offered to re-due our order again free of charge on a date of our choosing. She went above and beyond to make things right and ensure we were pleased with not only our order but their service as well. Will be ordering from them again and would definitely recommend.
