Getting Started with ezCater Integrations

Interested in using ezCater integrations?

A number of third party partners (3PP) can integrate with our API, for a variety of purposes. We know technical integrations can be daunting and it can be tough to get things started, so we’ve put this page together to help make it ez!

Step 1: Choose a third party partner (3PP)

First things first: you’re going to need to choose a 3PP. To help you out, we’ve put together a handy chart to help break down some important considerations when choosing one of our preferred 3PPs, and what steps you can take to get the ball rolling!

Take a look at the details below and click the 3PP name to review their available options. Then reach out to the integrating 3PP you’re interested in by following the instructions under the ‘Next Steps’ column:

Step 2: Have your third party partner (3PP) fill out the user access form

Now that you’ve chosen a 3PP, reach out to them and request that they fill out the user access form.

In most cases your 3PP might already have the user access form, but if they don’t, you can provide them this link to the form, or send a request to api_support@ezcater.com and our team will provide the form to them.

Step 3: We’ll let your third party partner (3PP) know they’re ready to start!

Once your 3PP has completed the form, our team will set up their user and permissions, so they can go ahead and start integrating with ezCater. When we’re finished, we will contact them to let them know their permissions are granted and they are good to go!

From this point, the process is in the hands of your 3PP, so if you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to them directly for additional support.
