ezRewards Loyalty Program

ezCater’s ezRewards loyalty program gives you points for every dollar of food you buy. The more you order, the more you’re rewarded. Use your points to get Amazon.com gift cards or extend your budget by using them as discounts on future orders.

Earn Points with Every Order

Once you create an ezCater account, you’re automatically enrolled in ezRewards. You earn at least 1 point for every $1 of food you buy. There are no limits. Seriously.

ezCater powers online ordering (ezOrdering) on some restaurant websites. Unfortunately, you do not earn ezRewards points for these orders.

How to Redeem Points

You can redeem points in any quantity at any time as a discount on an order. Or, once you get up to 2,500 (or more) points, you can start redeeming your points for Amazon.com gift cards ($25 or more). ezRewards expire one year after your last ezCater order was fulfilled.

Review a caterer, get 100 points

How did your last event go? We want to know! Earn 100 points for each order you review.

Refer a friend, get up to 25,000 points

Know a colleague who does a lot of catering? Refer a friend and you’ll earn matching points.

Redeem Points for Amazon.com Gift Cards

If you’re redeeming your points for Amazon.com gift cards, simply select the ezRewards tab within your account. You’ll see your current balance. Select the box that says “Convert points to Amazon gift card.” You’ll then receive your gift card redemption code.

Redeem Points for Discounts on Food

If you’re redeeming points as discounts, simply proceed with placing your order as usual, except at checkout, select “Use my ezRewards Points to pay for my order.” Continue checking out. You’ll see your new order total will include a line item discount for ezRewards.

Why don’t I see ezRewards in my account?

If you can’t access ezRewards, it’s likely because some employers don’t allow us to offer them. Of course we respect their wishes and turn off the loyalty program in those cases. If you have questions about your ezRewards account, please contact Customer Service and they will be happy to help.
