Worst service ever they cancelled my order never called and blamed it on short staff. 2 people could have made 50 breakfast sandwiches. Left my staff hungry and scrambling for food. Very poor service I give no stars and will never order food from them again. Big big mistake because we order even bigger orders all the time.

I was assured that ezcater was the right choice for an order going to a friend’s house who is going through a hard time. I asked if it made more sense to use something like DoorDash and was told nope, ezcater is perfect for this. Only to find out that DoorDash was doing the delivery anyways. And then the order couldn’t be tracked. So what was supposed to be a kind gesture for a friend already dealing with a lot, I had to disturb her to find out if it ever arrived. The first rep had offered to refund the order but I had lost power and got disconnected. The second rep said the could not do any such thing, when at this point I just wanted the delivery fees recouped because I could have had it delivered for free through DoorDash. This ended up being more of a hassle than anything. With all the delivery companies out there in this day, I would have rather just picked it up and delivered it myself.
