There was an issue with parts of our order not being delivered to our floor. It took nearly 30 minutes for EZ Cater to be able to reach someone about this. The owner himself drove to the store to help get the rest of the order (store was busy) and deliver it to us. It took nearly an hour from that last call to when it was delivered. Owner was apologetic and I appreciate his dedication to his store. Delivery person was nice and on time.
