This is my 1st order. The process went smoothly. The food not only arrived on time (actually 5 mins early) but it was also accurate. They also did the little things that I requested in the notes as well with adding names, so we were easily able to identify everyone's meal. I will absolutely use this service again. The ONLY thing that I disliked is that the money did not come out of the account the same day the order was placed. The funds were drafted after the order was delivered.
