ezCater Named One of 2023’s Best Workplaces for Parents by Great Place to Work
ezCater earns a spot on the list for the first time, ranking no. 8
BOSTON – December 1, 2023 — ezCater, the leading food for work technology company in the US, announced it has been named one of 2023’s Best Workplaces for Parents by Great Place to Work. To determine the list, Great Place To Work analyzed survey responses of over 612,000 employees with parenting responsibilities and collected company data on parental leave, adoption, flexible schedules, childcare, and dependent healthcare benefits.

Great Place To Work selected the 2023 Best Workplaces for Parents by analyzing the survey responses of over 612,000 employees with parenting responsibilities at Great Place To Work Certified companies that also met the criteria for this list. To be eligible, a company must submit at least 50 responses from U.S. employees with parenting responsibilities.
