Very disappointing experience. I ordered the 150-piece Classic Pack, which was supposed to include fries, but they were not included in the delivery. The only solution offered was for me to pick them up myself, which wasn't feasible because I needed to be in a meeting. The delivery driver was great, and ezCater did refund part of the cost, which I appreciate. However, I would have much rather received the complete order than a partial refund. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to order from Wing Stop again.
