I didn't not receive a notification to track the delivery. Got a message that my order was delivered but it was not. I got the order late.

First off let me start out by saying I wish 0 stars was an option for a rating. Our food was delivered to our establishment on time, but unfortunately upon eating it numerous patients found long strands of hairs in their bowls. One patient had already taken a bite and had to pull a strand out of their mouth. This caused us to have to throw the order away and to have to administer nausea medication to numerous patients. We contacted the restaurant about the issue and a refund was discussed and the manager was going to give us a call. No call was received. These patients are here for long hours and had to go without a hot meal due to this issue. ezCater contacted them on our behalf and they informed them that no refund was discussed and that there's no way that hair was on numerous items. No accountability at all was taken. We've done business with Tripoli's numerous times before but this time is definitely the last. I hope hair nets will be utilized in the future for everyone's sake.
