The food itself was okay, and I appreciated that everything was packed properly and organized neatly in the boxes. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was terrible—again. I received a text message saying my order had been delivered, but it hadn't. I called the restaurant 3–4 times, and no one answered. About 15 minutes later, the driver finally showed up with my food. This is a very disappointing experience, especially since it has happened before. While the food was acceptable, the poor delivery service from this Glendale Subway location has convinced me not to order from them again.

The labels on the sandwiches could have been written out instead of an abbreviation. That would of helped my guests distinguish what sandwich was what.

Order showed up early but we were able to get the subs into fridge to keep for our drivers coming back at different times. Everything was presentable and fresh.

The order was placed for 9 PM but I received it at 9 AM! I decided to keep it as the driver told me they are not planning on making a new batch for us for 9pm.. the food itself was ok, didn't hear anything bad from employees
