Everything got to us on time, was delivered professionally and presented well. However, the chicken was cold and seemed like it had been off the heat for a bit before being delivered to us. Some of us chose to warm it back up in a microwave but then it got soggy.

The food was very good. The service, however, upon pickup was not so nice. We spent a lot of money for this catering order and even picked it up. With no parking available, we asked if they could assist us to the car with all the pans, they abruptly said no. There's a better way to communicate to your paying customers.
