Wow! I am a tough critic for Indian food as it is one of my favorite cuisines, and I was very impressed with the quality and flavor of Raja. My first experience with Raja was spectacular. The goat was skillfully prepared to perfection , butter chicken was a big hit, a solid palak paneer, naan and Dahl. I’ll be back Raja!
