This is third time ordering from Meso Maya and, while we loooove their chips and salsa and the food is good… they have stopped packaging their chips and salsa individually for us. (For context, our office always has to order individual packaging - we aren’t really setup to accommodate catering-style service). I have, very politely, asked for weeks now for them to please package the chips so everyone can come up and grab a bag, but they see to refuse to do so, without any explanation. :( When we first started ordering from them, they always did this for individual orders, without needing to ask. It’s very disappointing and is starting to make our night staff very frustrated, so we probably won’t be ordering from them again.
