Food tasted good but entrees and sides were cold. I assume this is was the result of the issue with the EZ Cater driver having to be switched out at the last minute resulting in a delay of fifteen minutes. When the food was delivered, the driver explained what happened and apologized.

This would have been a 5-star review because the food was amazing. However, we ordered combo fajitas and only received beef. They didn't include the rum sauce and strawberries w/choc cake, and they didn't provide serving utensils. They said you have to purchase the buffet warmer to get those. No other caterer I have worked with has done this. I will use them again but I will ask them to verify to mitigate issues in the future (hopefully).

enchiladas were great, but the rice and beans were pretty basic.
