I am extremely disappointed with my recent catering order. The trays description clearly stated that it would serve 15 people; however, the amount of food provided only fed approximately 8 to 10 people at most. This significant difference between what was advertised and what was delivered is unacceptable. When ordering catering, customers rely on accurate serving information to ensure there is enough food for their guests. Receiving nearly half of the expected portions created unnecessary stress and inconvenience during my event. The serving size listed in the description was misleading and did not reflect the actual quantity provided. Transparency and accuracy are very important when offering catering services. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet basic expectations. Due to this issue, I will not be ordering from this vendor again. Thank you.
