Order was over 1 hour late. No notification from edible arrangements at all. The delivery driver just dropped the food off in a bag and left without unpacking..which at that point really didn't matter as the event it was scheduled for was over. On top of that when calling the restaurant they offered no resolution or courtesy discount just stating that "they were busy"
