While the order was delivered on time, a large part of the food ordered was not included with the delivered items. After several calls to ezCater, no one seemed to have an answer regarding the items that weren’t delivered. Eventually it was determined that the items would not be sent. EzCater provided a discount but this overall customer service experience was terrible. Whether the main communication breakdown was with the restaurant or ezCater, I’m not sure but I would give zero stars if possible.

My customers loved the meatloaf and chicken tenders with veggie sides. Food was delicious and plenty for the 25 attendees.
