No utensils, plates, or serving ware and they were clearly asked for. This is the second time in a row Chart House made this error. Very hard to serve a team when you don't have these requested items. Driver also did not come in the building - I had to go outside and look for her.

Overall terrible experience with Chart House. Talked to the manager and apparently there is nothing she was willing to do to rectify the experience to make us want to come back. She said that Chart House and Landry’s policy is for them to do nothing. This company that won’t let me address them.also messed up, but no where near the Chart House. To many great restaurants on LBK that take care of their customers. Unbelievable

It was great however I gave it a 4 because they never gave me the the dressing I wanted which is the Balsamic Vinaigrette so I was very disappointed.
