Driver arrived on time but did not fully follow delivery instructions. Called to let me know he didn't have a cart and that I needed to help him bring up 45 boxed lunches. The driver was able to find something to gather items, but I had to help bring up order. EZ cater driver need to be equipped with tools to handle seamless in hand delivery and set up. Food was great and warm, but the process of getting these items was not efficient.
