We started The Budlong in 2016 with one goal in-mind – bring our favorite Southern recipes and traditions to downtown Chicago and beyond. We proudly serve Nashville-inspired hot chicken sandwiches, hand-battered and fried-to-order, scratch-made sides like Mac N’ Cheese, Farm Slaw and homemade biscuits & jam and Banana Puddin’ better than yo mamma’s recipe (so we’ve been told).
