Oof, that’s such a letdown—especially when a place like Bottega Louie looks so promising. Sounds like they nailed the aesthetics but totally dropped the ball on execution. Overcooked pasta and a bland marinara? That’s culinary heartbreak, especially at those prices. Do better Bottega
