Blackwood BBQ was fantastic! The pulled pork, brisket and smoked Mikeska sausage were all incredibly delicious, flavorful, and perfectly tender. The sides were just as impressive. The coleslaw, Gruyere mac and cheese and elotes were all outstanding, but the elotes were the biggest hit with everyone. The corn was perfectly crisp and crunchy, giving it an amazing texture and flavor. We also ordered honey cheddar cornbread which was flavorful and a great complement to the meal. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyed by all of our staff. We will definitely order from Blackwood BBQ again and highly recommend them for catering or anyone looking for excellent BBQ!
