This is more to do with the restaurant and their packaging/portions. It's worth noting that I ordered 2 yellow curry dishes - 1 chicken and 1 GF tofu. When I took the lid off the vegetarian tray, I could see the carrots and potatoes and pieces of tofu peeking through the liquid curry. When I took the lid off the chicken dish, I had to scoop to the bottom with a ladle to find the bulk of the ingredients. At the end of our lunch, with most of the tray gone, I skimmed out any remaining ingredients with a slotted spoon for leftovers. Even with the supposed majority of the dish being scooped out, the tray remained 2/3 full of liquid. Considering the fat/grease content and being on the 3rd floor of our office building, disposal was a nightmare.
