Not using them again or this location in downtown San Antonio Forgot to put in the order two gallons of tea that I paid for … Food was cold Liquid spilled out onto the other food Literally pint of juice in each plastic bag at bottom Did not confirm order with ex cater until 10::20 the morning of the 11:30 delivery Just an overall bad experience from this Lubys location Medical center Lubys is the best !!

We love Luby's for our meetings, unfortunately this time, they left out the spinach on 1 entrée and send double mac and cheese, the rolls were not individually wrapped so employees had to use their hands to grab a roll, they did not have the lemon meringue pie I ordered, had to switch it for something else. Otherwise the rest of the food was delish!
