Should be delivered at 11am delivered at 12. I had to call and ask where they are. Shows I can get delivery at 11 am and they don’t open until 11 am. Catering isn’t when store opens. Lubys need to do better and be professional when time requests is out Of store hours. First time trying and it was a disaster. Delivery guy was not at fault. Lubys full failure.

This was my first time ordering from Luby’s for catering services, and based on my previous experiences dining there, I expected everything to go smoothly. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding my order, as it was mistakenly prepared as packaged items rather than individual plated meals. After speaking with the restaurant GM, he took ownership of the situation and personally came to our facility to correct the issue, which we truly appreciated. I would like to thank everyone who assisted in resolving this matter, and I look forward to working with your team again in the future.
