I received a message shortly before my order was to be delivered that the restaurant was inquiring about a tip for the driver. It is not standard practice to tip for a service BEFORE it's been completed. If that is EZCater's policy, then you should be the one to answer to them, not me. I typically do not tip anyone before a service has been completed and I'm glad I didn't on this order. I wish I could attach a picture of the disgrace of a pizza that I received from the driver, that I then had to walk it into an EXECUTIVE meeting. It might help the restaurant understand why anyone would choose to hold off on tipping until AFTER the food has been delivered. Surfer bro that delivered my pizza wouldn't have gotten a tip anyways. Pizza was a pile of cheesy bread when he handed it to me. Thanks!
