Today, the experience we had with Zankou Chicken was extremely disappointing. Our order arrived without utensils, serving utensils, napkins, or plates. I always provide detailed delivery instructions because we are located within a very large hospital campus. I was texting with the driver, he chose to deliver the order to a random building instead of following the directions provided. He did not call, or notify me that he had arrived or where he had left the food.
