I ordered plates and utensils and did not receive these items. And, Zam Zam never sends any sauces with the food. My metro city providers love Zam Zam but I dread having to order from here because something is always missing whether it’s serving utensils, plates/ cutlery that I ordered or sauces. I even placed a to-go order for two meals *after* this lunch requesting extra taziki sauce and did not receive it. Frustrating.

Great food and presentation. Restaurant forgot to send serving utensils. Excellent delivery service from contracted delivery person.
