I had ordered the mini cupcakes as a last minute request. I was told they couldn't do any custom frosting colors over EZCater after they had already confirmed the order. The morning after I placed the order, I was called four times back to back during a meeting and was left a voicemail saying "Why are they not available at this time". When I called back, the person who answered seemed annoyed but accommodated my request by substituting the frosting color for decorations instead which was fine. The cupcakes arrived in a basic box and the office thought they were okay. A bit overpriced for what was offered.
