Amazing! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and we appreciated the small touches from Lenny including: taking extra steps to protect us during the Cyclospora outbreak, wrapping the tortillas in individual servings, and guaranteeing everything was gluten free for our highly allergic colleague. Really amazing service and tasty food!

On time delivery. The Chile Rellenos are always a hit with the team. Food was hot and portion size was good per persnn.

I am giving XIM 5 stars based off their hospitality alone. The are very grateful for our business. They are considerate of people's food preference/Allergies as they separate fajita veggies from meat. They also wrap tortillas in individual portions. The only critique I have is that the meat definitely needs more seasoning and cheese would be a great addition to the fajitas.

The Enchiladas and rice were fantastic and was a hit at our event! Would highly recommend!
