I am giving XIM 5 stars based off their hospitality alone. The are very grateful for our business. They are considerate of people's food preference/Allergies as they separate fajita veggies from meat. They also wrap tortillas in individual portions. The only critique I have is that the meat definitely needs more seasoning and cheese would be a great addition to the fajitas.

This was the first time we had ordered from XIM. We were extremely impressed with the food and service. They were on-time and we can't say enough good things about how yummy the food was. We will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
