I had a very disappointing experience with Willy’s yesterday. My order arrived more than an hour late, and I did not receive a call or apology from the restaurant regarding the delay. While EZ Cater ultimately issued a full refund, I was disappointed with how their customer service handled the situation. The food was delivered approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Because of the delay, I had to place an order with another restaurant to ensure our attendees had something to eat. Based on this experience, I do not plan to order from Willy’s again, and I will share this feedback with the Executive Assistants at my company. I do want to acknowledge the young woman who delivered the food. She was pleasant, professional, and truly the bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience.
