Delivery was pretty early, but other than that, Encore was AMAZING! Their customer service was phenomenal; they took care of everything from start to finish. The set up was gorgeous and clean up was a breeze. We're truly excited to work with Encore in the nearby future :)

The food was great, but the caterer didn't really follow the instructions that I input into EzCater (referring to no setup needed) and they arrived at 10:30 AM instead of 11:15 AM as requested - the delivery person was really helpful in getting everything made right!

We ordered their breakfast burritos which were wonderful. They do a whole setup that makes it feel like a special event. All the employees loved it.

Timely delivery and efficient setup! Even though they were late picking it up, it still doesn't take away from the fact that food was fantastic. We ordered a BYO ramen bowl for the office event, and it was a hit. Everyone loved it - the broths were hot, meats were well-seasoned, and noodles were just perfect. Cannot wait for another event to order this again!
