I always requested the food be set up, and it’s always a challenge when the driver does not set the food up as requested because it makes for the Rep having to hurry and set out all the catering items. Please always make sure drivers know to set up.

We've ordered from WC three of four times and it is consistently delicious and fresh. HOWEVER, today the boxed lunches were different! Rather than receiving full-sized sandwiches in the boxed lunches, we only received HALF sandwiches in each boxed lunch! Yet the pricing remained the same! The team was disappointed by the obvious "shrinkflation". Note to Whiskey Cake and ezCater: If you're reducing the portion size, you should likewise reduce the price per item.
