Despite an unexpected delivery vehicle issue that caused a delay, the experience ultimately exceeded my expectations. The owner personally stepped in, remained calm and professional throughout the situation, and communicated with us every step of the way. What impressed me most was their commitment to making things right. While working to resolve the delivery issue, they proactively ordered bagels as a backup so our team would have something to eat while waiting. They also said they will cover additional UberEats orders to ensure no one was inconvenienced by the delay. Problems can happen with any business, but great customer service is measured by how those problems are handled. The owner took full responsibility, stayed composed under pressure, and went above and beyond to make sure our event was a success.

The food was delicious, the restaurant called me earlier to confirm the order and address, very sweet. I thought it included the setup but seems like they included the heating pan and structure, but the delivery person dropped all on the tables indicated only, FYI for whoever is looking for an actual catering setup.

Staff enjoyed the food they said the beef had a little spice to it but other than that it was really good. The chicken was juicy and shrimp were big and good as well.

Good food, nothing wrong. Not exceptional exactly but definitely pretty good.
