NO SHOW WARNING!!! Wegmans completely failed my catering order for my late husband’s 10-year memorial service. This was not “just food”—it was a meaningful gathering for family, friends, and church community. But because Wegmans never properly communicated the order to their catering team, nothing was delivered, even though I kept receiving confirmations. I walked into an empty parish hall moments before guests arrived. The emotional impact is something I will never forget. A catering order represents memories, gratitude, and love—not just a transaction. Wegmans’ mishandling and failure to offer a direct apology turned a once-in-a-decade event into heartbreak. Others deserve to know this before trusting them with an important day.
