Food was not labeled, we didn't know what is what even though we specifically asked veg to be set aside. Also no chicken sandwiches option, and mostly hard meat. Cold drinks, chips were all bagged in one and no proper packaging. We had to literally hold the large tray box of cookies and sandwiches which the lid kept opening. We asked for driver to stay and assist but he left the order at reception and ran off. We're never ordering from here again!
