Unfortunately multiple things went wrong with my order. They forgot to give me plates. The food was 45 minutes late. Usually I would have let it go since I understand things happen but the waffles were truly uneatable. They were hard as rocks and I am not exaggerating when I say we could not eat them at all. Will absolutely never order from them again. $400+ wasted.

Meals were delivered on time and everyone enjoyed them! Smaller serving size than I anticipated, but still worked for my group.

Waffles were so yummy! The only thing I wish is that they would've loved if they included syrup with all of the waffles.

Ran out of dough after finishing only half of the order. It took them a while to actually communicate that information to them as well. The food was good, but they really screwed up on their planning to only have enough dough to do half the order. The employees were great and apologetic, but the problem still stands.
