Waddell’s did great as usual food was on time and folks enjoyed it

Driver did not bring the rolls. Owner was very unprofessional on the phone when I called to inquire about them. She was rude and full of excuses. Never even apologized for the simple error. She (seemingly begrudgingly) offered for the driver to go to the store and buy some. After I thought about it, we didn’t have a way to heat them up so I called back to tell her not to worry about it. She answered the phone without even a hello, she said “Ma’am he hasn’t had time to go to the store yet”. When I told her I was calling to say never mind she said “are you sure, your last phone call didn’t seem that way”. I’m sorry if she was not having a good day, but with what we paid for catering for a staff appreciation lunch, I didn’t deserve to be spoken to in that manner. Also, the jug labeled sweet tea was actually unsweet. Otherwise, the food was good. I will never order again or recommend simply due to the way I was treated on the phone by the person who told me she was the owner.

The food was delivered on time. The Broccoli Casserole and Strawberry Shortcake was a hit!
