Food was highly received. Only issue was shrimp summer rolls - platters must've been prepped too early. They arrived coagulated, melded together and covered in lettuce. 100+ people served - left the rolls out and only 2 people were brave enough to try, and they needed a steak knife to cutout a serving akin to a shrimp summer casserole.

This is my second time ordering and it was a hit. We got a lot of compliments for this caterer. More than enough food, many were able to come back and get seconds.
