This is undeniably the freshest quality meal for a large office event. The Cremini Mushroom Rice Box was so filling & I'm not even vegetarian. The Lemongrass Pork Belly Rice Box was a neat twist on a little sweetness to the dish. Tried the Creamy Cucumber Salad - that is my favorite. The best part is it is not a thick creamy salad, it's a watery fresh cucumber salad. It is so good! I wish I could have a big batch of that bottled up!
