Vu Noodles is a hidden gem in downtown Charlottesville! The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful — the vegan bánh mì and tofu noodle bowl are especially delicious. You can really taste the care that goes into every dish, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot for a quick, healthy lunch, and the outdoor seating adds a cozy charm. Highly recommend for anyone who loves vibrant, plant-based Vietnamese food!
